Emerald Bay State Park boat-in campground
The Emerald Bay State Park boat-in campground is a great way to enjoy Tahoe's wilderness while enjoying boating on the lake. Located in Emerald Bay, this is only accessable by boat or by walking in from Hwy 89. The Rubicon Trail connecting D.L. Bliss State Park and Emerald Bay passes through the campground. There are approximately 21 campsites and there is a pier for loading and unloading and buoys for mooring the boat overnight.
