4762 North Lake Boulevard is located on the north shore of North Lake Tahoe and sits on the south side of Carnelian Bay. There are great views looking to the south and the east which allows for some of the best sunsets and alpenglow.

 

There are a total of three homes on two parcels with a deep water pier, four buoys and 200 feet of lake frontage. The main home sits on the northern parcel and consists of five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a two car garage, a sauna off the laundry room and is approx 4,025 square feet.
