Old Greenwood is a luxury golf course community located approximately four miles East of Truckee. It is roughly 5 miles to the Truckee Tahoe Airport, 10 miles to The Village at Northstar, 15 miles to Kings Beach, nine miles to Donner Lake, 14 miles to Squaw Valley, 16 miles to Alpine Meadows, and 20 miles to Tahoe City via Hwy 89.
The HOA fees at Old Greenwood currently are $250 a month. To join the Tahoe Mt Club it is $30k to buy into the social membership. This is 90% refundable when you sell the property, so it is basically a deposit for the membership. They have a lap pool, main pool, spa, children's area, tennis, gym, and a restaurant. You would have access to Wild Goose restaurant on Lake Tahoe, Schaffer's Camp (restaurant on Northstar during the day) and Alpine Lodge (après skiing / lounge) at North Star, all of which are private and for Tahoe Mt Club members.
