Nine miles south of Tahoe City, on Hwy 89. This is a lake side park that was originally the vacation home of a wealthy San Francisco family. Today you can walk the grounds, picnic, hike, bike, relax on the beach, or enjoy the nature trails and history of the site. There is a state park fee per car.
