Learn how to create a perfectly paired menu with delicious wines on a budget. The wine classes at PlumpJack Squaw Valley are structured to bring participants an informative, engaging experience in an informal setting with sample food pairings for each wine. Classes are $40 and begin at 5:30 pm. Winemaker dinners are a minimum of 3 courses, cost $95 and begin at 6:30 pm. Special PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn room rates are available for the evenings of all wine events.
