Melinda Choy provides traditional Chinese acupuncture and herbology.
Melinda is licensed by the state of California as an acupuncturist and is a National Diplomat in Acupuncture and Chinese herbology. Melinda received her Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California. In adjunct to her education, Melinda apprenticed with Lela Carney, LAc. and traveled to China to study at Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Melinda has enhanced her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Japanese style acupuncture, Qi Gong, Tai Qu and nutrition. Melinda is an outdoor enthusiast, artist, musician and world traveler. She currently lives and practices Traditional Chinese Medicine in South Lake Tahoe, California.
