Tahoe Donner is located in the upper region of Truckee, California, within 5 miles of Donner Lake and less than 20 miles from Lake Tahoe.

Tahoe Donner Association manages two ski areas, restaurants, a golf course, equestrian center & campground that are available to the public. The association also manages other amenities for the exclusive use of more than 6,300 property owners.

The amenities at Tahoe Donner include access to Donner Lake, an equestrian center, tennis courts, pools, spa, workout room, locker rooms, golf, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking trails, and programs for kids.  The fees are $1097 annually for use of the Northwoods club house and access to Donner Lake.  Then you get member prices for the golf course, equestrian center, and the ski area.  For access to Trout Creek rec center, there are additioanl dues of $197 per year for four passes.

The Beach Club Marina:
 

The Beach Club Marina is equipped with a snack bar. Hours of
operation are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily. On the menu are salads,
hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken,
peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, french fries, nachos,
ice cream, drinks, and much more. Beer and wine are not
available at the Beach Club Marina.

· Enjoy your meal on the large deck overlooking beautiful
Donner Lake.

· The retail/rental office provides a quicker and more pleasurable rental experience. Don't bother driving to town for film, sunglasses, or sunscreen--it's all available at the Beach Club Marina. We also have canoes, pedalboats, kayaks (one and two-man), windsurfers, and sailboats for rent.

· Boat launch ramp (members only)

Northwoods Pool:

Northwoods Pool is a place for the entire family to enjoy a warm summer day surrounded by towering pines and beautiful Bennett Flat. Northwoods Pool is conveniently located near Northwoods Clubhouse, Pizza On The Hill, two playgrounds, the Tennis Center, and three Bocce Ball courts (opening soon).

The Northwoods Pool has the following features for your convenience: Lifeguard on duty, wading area, equipment check-out, changing rooms/restrooms, playground, picnic and barbecue areas, children's life jackets, deep-water aerobics, private swim lessons and a water slide.
